Since Blogger was busy doing maintenance last night, it caused me to have to write my blog entry on a Microsoft Word Document.

The only problem with this is that I am at school, and unfortunately there is no means by which I can access the Microsoft Word at home. Maybe if I had my access codes, I could probably hack into the mainframe. I'll just have to write some random thoughts like these to hold you over till I get home and publish last night's entry.

I ended up getting a 93% on my Logic test. This is good, but when you finish the test thinking there is absolutely nothing you missed or overlooked, this shoots your confidence in the foot. My problem with math is that I am a big picture guy. I understand everything but the details fade into the background. It causes me to get a 93% and the person I tutor to get a 98%.

I wore pajamas to school today as well as a sweatshirt. I feel very comfortable and I have to consciously make myself a little uncomfortable in classes so I don't fall asleep.

Tonight is busboy appreciation night. It is a night where the Chi Omega Sorority shows the busboys their appreciation, by hiring certain girls of the busboys choosing, to serve everyone as well as clean up afterwards. We will dress up in formal attire and will eat dinner with the girls as well as be served by them. I was originally working at Cracker Barrel tonight, so needless to say, I asked off. Whenever I work, I always have the problem of not working. It's just so difficult when it is so much more fun to sit with the girls and talk. Tonight, I will be able to do that, without neglecting my work. I've heard this is Busboy appreciation week, so there will probably be some other things planned throughout the remainder of the week. I heard something about a Busboy Olympics. There are some funny things in this world and if this Olympics occurs, it will no doubt be on this list. It just cracks me up thinking about different groups of boys getting cheered on by hundreds of sorority girls, whose pride is relying on a group of a few guys who serve them and clean up after them; Guys who call themselves "the gentlemen of Beta Beta (Busboy Fraternity)." I am also happy that the girls allow us delusions of grandeur.

I heard a little about the Grammys from my Psychology teacher. It turns out he wasn't too happy about John Mayer winning a Grammy in place of Sting. He says that the music industry is catered towards the youth, because the older and wiser are smart enough not to get screwed by the record industry (which are usually extremely scandalous). I'd have to agree with him on some points, and disagree on others. John Mayer rocks hard, so for that piece of evidence, I think he should have won. As for Miss Norah Jones, she sounds like a 10 yr. old when she talks, and when she sings she sounds like a mature and experienced middle-aged woman who has years of experience in jazz and singing. Good job Norah. Iceland and its constituents, salute you.
