I'm counting the cost of my incessant visits to the only restaurant I go to anymore. I asked Jason if it was really worth a months worth of groceries for 2 meals at Ale House. He thinks so. I've been trying to cut down on this addiction of mine but I constantly find myself unthinkingly reciting my well practiced line to the waiter.
Chasity wasn't serving tonight and we had some other guy named Ted. It turned out Chasity was there and she came over to say hi to us. She said "they" told me you were here. They who? Well, "they" in this case was a bunch of servers and the manager. There are a few things that makes a man such as myself feel important, and this is one of them. Chasity explained how they are going to be hiring servers soon, and if I fill out an application and make sure they know that it's me who's asking for the job, I'll more than likely be hired. All I have to do is put some short statement describing me on the application like one of the following:
-Chasity's repeated guest
-Guy served by Chasity over and over
-Loser who considers the Alehouse his home away from home and gets served by Chasity again and again and again.
They'll know me if I say something to that effect.
