drag myself out of bed at 12:00.
reset alarm for 12:30.
sleep some more.
get out of bed again.
mumble into the phone.
throw on some clothes.
sit and stare.
walk out the front door.
day begins...
I wiped sleep from my eyes as I rolled down the windows to my car and started to drive. It took me till now to realize the day that I had just walked into. The sun was out and the warmth of the day was balanced well by a breeze that was being used for air conditioning since my car has none. What incredible weather! What a blessing to be able to experience a day like this! The mere fact that I'm living and in good health gives me great joy.
I went over to Kari's to study. After getting a guest parking pass from the police, I parked my car in the parking garage next to her dorm. I called her from the call box downstairs and being let in by someone else I made my way up the stairs and was greeted by a friendly face. Good friends are hard to find. Sometimes finding them isn't the hard part. Sometimes it takes realizing that they are in front of you. We studied in her room while listening to country music. She left for class and I came home.
Biology = boring and not interesting
Biology while listening to country and chilling with Kari = a freaking good time
the days not over yet, and I have great plans for the remainder of it.
